Classes Offered

Single Class Description
Guided Imagery Journey (90 min)	You will enjoy a wonderfully calm guided relaxation journey and will be shown techniques that you will be able to easily implement in your day-to-day life. These will help you reset quickly and allow you to feel renewed and refreshed any time you need it during your pregnancy and beyond. A brief Q&A session will follow.
Birth Plan Boot Camp (2-3 hours)	You will learn the benefits of a solid birth plan, identify your birth preferences, and be supported in designing a birth plan that aligns with your desires of how you envision your birth unfolding. Partners are encouraged to attend (at no additional cost). A brief Q&A session will follow.
Lactation Education (2-3 hours) $100	So you can feel better prepared for your own breastfeeding journey, you will learn about the benefits, techniques, and what to expect when breastfeeding. You will be provided with resources and so much more! A brief Q&A session will follow.
Comfort Measures for Childbirth (90 min)	You will learn multiple comfort measures for childbirth as well as for use in the later months of pregnancy. You (and your partner) will be provided time in class to practice and develop comfortableness with techniques. You will also be provided a handout to take home for continued reference. Partners are encouraged to attend (at no additional cost). A brief Q&A session will follow.
All Things Childbirth (90-120 min)	You will learn the importance of preparing for childbirth, such as proper posture for optimal fetal positioning, nutrition, and comfort. You will also learn the benefits of natural, unmedicated births and the importance of choosing a supportive provider. Partners are encouraged to attend (at no additional cost). A brief Q&A session will follow. This is not a complete childbirth education course.

Multi- Class Description
Childbirth Education (4 classes @ 2 hours each) This course also includes the information offered in: Birth Plan Boot Camp	You will learn how to prepare for childbirth. You'll learn what to expect and how to recognize each stage of labor, comfort measures, and birth planning preferences, and more. You will be presented with options in how to prepare your mind, body, and spirit, and the role everyone plays in childbirth, including the support person, birth worker/doula, etc. After taking this complete childbirth course, you will feel more informed and better prepared for your harmonious birthing day.
Childbirth Preparation & Education HypnoMothering (4 week course) 12 hour course divided into 4 three hour classes usually delivered in a one class per week format) This course also includes the information offered in: -Childbirth Education Course -Birth Plan Boot Camp -Comfort Measures for Childbirth -All Things Childbirth	You will be an active participant and will be guided in preparing your mind, body, and baby in a way that will create harmony and will honor your birthing vision. You will learn how to practice breathing techniques for each stage of labor and will learn how to align your subconscious and conscious mind, allowing your body to calmly birth your baby the way nature intended. You will be provided will all the information and resources you'll need to feel prepared for childbirth. You will walk away with a useful toolbox where you will have access to MP3 audios and a parent handbook that contains scripts, comfort measures, and so much more! After being an active participant in this course, you will feel fully prepared for your harmonious birthing day.

Meet Jenna, your birth doula and childbirth expert!

After Jenna witnessed the traumatic birth experience of a family member over 20 years ago, she felt led to explore more natural ways to support birthing moms, knowing that childbirth is a normal natural occurrence and most often not a medical procedure or a sickness.

Through her own two HypnoBirthing births, Jenna utilized techniques working with her mind, body, and baby to harmoniously bring her babies into this world. She has been working with other moms-to-be ever since! She has been certified in childbirth education, hypnotherapy, and has been trained in three different hypnobirthing programs. In addition, she has been trained as a birth doula and lactation educator; ultimately providing her clients with the most well-rounded childbirth preparation program available.
